Facilities Management Department
The Facilities Management Department’s activities are concerned with providing a safe, healthy, and comfortable physical environment conducive to the educational process for students, faculty, and staff of the East Baton Rouge Parish School System.
To use current School Board Operations and Maintenance funds as well as Tax Plan funds as efficiently and effectively as possible in the pursuit of the activities of the Facilities Management Department.

• Use of Facilities
In order to use school facilities, you must submit the Request for Use of School Facilities Form to the Director of Facility Management for approval via fax at 225-226-3757. If you will be using the cafeteria/kitchen, you must also submit a Use of School Cafeteria or Kitchen Form to the Director of Child Nutrition Program for approval via fax at 225-275-3801.
