How do I get an EBR email account?
All EBR employees have an assigned email account. You must be an active EBR employee to receive an account with the system.

 

How do I access my EBR email account?
All EBR users will be able to access the system via their web browser at the address
(do not use WWW to precede the address).

 

First time users: Your username will be your first initial and your full last name (i.e. JDoe). Your password will be your first name in lowercase letters ( i.e john), or first letter capitalized (i.e. John) or in all capital letters (i.e. JOHN). Please change your password after the first login to protect the security of your account.

 

If none of the above allow you to login, consult your School Technology Facilitator if you are at a school location. All other employees may call the Technology Help Desk at 922-5524 for assistance.

 

Selected administrators have received/or will receive the GroupWise system client on their computers at their work location.

 

How do I retrieve a lost password?
Please call the Help Desk at 922-5524. A representative will issue a new password for you.
